The double-sided PCB can be ordered in a maximum size of 514 x 590 mm. Due to the miniaturisation of track width, clearances ≥ 100 µm and terminal diameter drilled ≥ 0.10 mm, this PCB is still a low-priced long seller. For EMC shielding, the double-sided PCB can be delivered with a copper-plated outer edge and can therefore offer valuable services. It is available in all common colours, such as green, white, blue, red and black.

We mass-produce multilayer PCBs up to 12 layers – copper lamination on the inside and outside are possible up to 175 µm. We are also able to mass-produce versions of different Cu-thicknesses for example on the components side to the solder side. The specifications described in the range of services can be realised for all multilayer PCBs. Like the double-sided board, the multilayer PCB is available in high-Tg materials, cyclus-compatible materials or simply in halogen-free materials. On the inner-layers as well as on the outer-layers structures ≥ 100 µm can be realised, restricted to the required Cu-lamination.

The characteristic of the multifarious PCB is that it can be a double-sided PCB or a multilayer PCB. It can be produced in different basic materials and is furnished additionally with
- carbon meander
- electroplated gold contacts or meander
- bond gold
- permanent hole plugging inks
- strippable varnish for non-leaded and leaded soldering and / or
- various solder resist colours
- carbon.

The "special“ PCB has a special technology. This PCB is bendable, but it is not a flex or flex-rigid PCB. By deep milling the basic material is narrowed so that a one-time bending is possible for the assembly. A certain layout configuration is required for this technology. With the same technology, the „special“ PCB can be furnished with surfaces which are deeper and / or counter sunk drilling can be applied to avoid annoying screw heads.
